The resistance issue brings to mind the "Islamic Resistance Front" in the West Asian region, while the Resistance Front is only part of the resistance discourse. Therefore, the present study aimed to the theoretical and empirical explanation of resistance as a discourse. Resistance in the Supreme Leader's political thought and action is a discourse rooted in the Qur'an, the history of Islam, Iran, and especially the first four decades of the Islamic Revolution. According to these religious, historical, and political principles, the discourse of resistance plays the leading role of the Islamic Revolution in the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution. Furthermore, resistance is a pervasive discourse encompassing various Islamic Republic's domestic and foreign policy areas. To this aim, the roots, levels, and function of the resistance discourse are analyzed based on the Supreme Leader's statement and especially the upper hand document of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution with the descriptive-analytical method. This research data has been extracted from the first sources, including the Supreme Leader's statements and the latest sources.

AbstractThe statement of the Second step is a strategic document to continue the path of the revolution, which, in addition to describing the past situation, shows the path of the future and can be considered as a guiding light to better see the future path of Islamic Iran. One of the most important areas that is considered in the statement is the defense and security of the country, which is carried out by the armed forces. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in realizing the declaration of the Second step of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The findings of this research, which was carried out using a descriptive method of content analysis, show that the armed forces, including the Islamic Republic Army, having characteristics such as being popular, having an Islamic identity, knowledge and insight, and religious observance, adherence to Islamic principles and Elahi, defensive readiness and maintaining security and territorial integrity and the Revolutionary Guards by maintaining the values and ideals of the revolution and its achievements, defensive readiness, creating and maintaining internal unity and training Islamic leaders to remain revolutionary and maintain their authority and Faraja, by establishing stability in the country's security, guarding and protecting Naja, maintaining its authority, maintaining the morals and spirituality and religious and religious values of its members, dealing with people correctly and politely, having authority against lawbreakers, can fulfill the statement.

The new mission of the Iranian people in the "Second step of the revolution" and the new chapter in the life of the Islamic Republic, is the culmination of the fifth decade after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The stage after the systematization and state-building of the introduction of Islamic-Iranian civilization in its new form and knowledge is due to the rising sun of the great province and affects the social life of human beings in the current millennium. But this socialization is based on the slogans of the Islamic Revolution, the morale and revolutionary movement, the question which is worthy of studying is whether it is between the "revolutionary boom" that requires mobilization, mobilization, jihadism, continuous movement and change And there is no contradiction between "socialization" for social order and stability? By answering this question, by a descriptive and analytical method, the leadership of the Supreme Leader came to the conclusion that there was no contradiction between revolution ism and social order, and even the political order, but, incidentally, from the requirements for shaping the desired society in The social thought of Ayatollah Khamenei is the revolutionary process of the Islamic system in its true sens.

Objectives: : Imam Khamenei considers that crossing the borders of knowledge in the Second step of the Islamic Revolution requires the rule of "ijtihad and scientific modeling along with moral refinement" in the scientific atmosphere of the country; Based on his citation of Islamic thought to Islamic sources, the purpose of present article is to document this view in the verses and hadiths of the infallibles and to explain the general principles and requirements for its realization; method: By analyzing the sources related to the "virtue of wisdom", the characteristics of a wise scholar are described in order to extract the principles of Hakim Parvar's education based on the analysis of those tools and to introduce the strategy of scientific promotion expected by the leader of the revolution. Results: The findings of the research show that based on the virtue of wisdom, the scholar is a monotheistic and pious one courageously striving to come by knowledge with gifted and acquired scientific insight. The principles of Hakim Parvar's teaching are: monotheism- centered, courageous and struggling critique of achieving scientific propositions, and the wisdom of the teacher. Conclusion: the authors of the survey conclude that  observing the principles of Hakim Parvar deduced from Islamic sciences causes scientific, diligent and modeling efforts to achieve maximum truth in knowledge based on monotheism and moral edification, and also materializes the scientific promotion expected by the leadership in the Second step of the revolution and the administrative methods are to be adjusted in accordance with these principles.

The issue of women's playing their appropriate role in society has been one of the most challenging issues in different societies. In Iranian society, too, extremist and traditional attitudes and views on this issue have created some problems. Accordingly, this study aims to identify and outline Ayatollah Khamenei's views on the social role of women, which pave the way for Iranian women to play their social role. In fact, this study seeks to answer this question: What is women’s social role in the statement of the Second Phase of the Revolution with an emphasis on Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements? To answer this question, the statement of the Second Phase of the Revolution and his statements from 1990 to 2021 were examined through qualitative content analysis method. Then, 5 categories regarding women’s social roles— their role in science and research, in moral and social education, in employment, in political activities, and etc. — were extracted and the conclusions were separately presented in each section. The findings showed that he encourages women to acquire knowledge and struggle skills and even consider educated and self-sacrificing women as the pride of the Islamic society. Regarding women’s role in social education, Ayattollah Khamenei not only admires this role, but he also considers it as the highest role of women. However, he accepts women's employment and their political activities as long as they are compatible with women's nature and do not harm their family role. Finally, his strategy is to combine family and social roles, which requires developing an Islamic-Iranian lifestyle modeled on Hazrat Zahra’s (AS).

The statement of the Second step of the Revolution is a strategic and civilizational declaration issued by the Supreme Leader, as the leader and guide of the Islamic community, and major issues are raised in that statement, which must be implemented by the scholars through transforming the topics into practical solutions and strategies. Islamic civilization, as a valuable and profound concept, has been the objective of the Islamic Revolution, therefore, each step of it takes forty years, and the Second step is based on a forty-year plan, so that a comprehensive Islamic civilization can be achieved. In this research work, which is based on the descriptive analytical method, in gathering information and comparing opinions, attention is paid first to the quality of the formation about Islamic civilization, and then the viewpoints, strategies and solutions put forward by the media are presented for the realization of the new Islamic civilization. Among the results of the research are: 1. The fundamental objective of the media is to create a sense of hope in the society. 2. Media strategies can generally be presented in three categories: persuasion of elites, direct influence, and motivating tendencies. 3. The media strategies are also summarized in six cases: strengthening the media, focusing on activating local search engines, producing mainstream media, promoting prominent people, focusing on high quality productions and the need to pay attention to honesty.

The statement of the Second Phase of the Revolution, considering the importance of the exporter and the time importance of its issuance, requires a very detailed study. This is important in order to make the words of the Imam of the society more effective through the maximum communication between the Imam and the Ummah. In this regard, given the complexity and conceptual grandeur of the Declaration of the Second Phase of the Revolution, it is necessary to look at it from different angles so that perhaps by summarizing these views one can approach its comprehensive understanding. One of the perspectives that can be used to review the statement,Analysis of the statement from a strategic perspective is, in a sense, a statement of strategic analysis. In other words, this study seeks to answer the central question of what is the evidence for the strategic view in the Second step statement? In this research, using the content analysis method, the content of the Second Phase of the Revolution and counting the signs of the strategic planning document have been studied. According to a detailed study of the text of the statement, 287 key propositions, 295 basic themes, 80 organizing themes and 9 Inclusive theme have been identified. In this research, the propositions of analyzing the current situation of the revolution, the hierarchy of the goals of the revolution, the governing principles and principles, policies and strategies of the Islamic Revolution movement in the Second step have been calculated and presented.

This research is aimed at explaining the method of moral training in the Second seven-year Phase based on Islamic teachings. Islam has the best educational method for human excellence which must be known and applied. These methods are visualized in the Holy Qur'an and in the lives of the infallibles (AS). Due to the natural need of man to God and the misleading directions in man’s movement in the divine route, a special attention to Islamic education is essential. Qualitative analytical research method is used along with note taking and the data analysis. Findings indicate that diverse and effective methods are provided by Islam for educating individuals, and the infallible Imams (AS) began to train their children from childhood. The results also reveal that training is the most important component of excellence. While dealing with children, instructors must use Islamic methods for training the children in the heavenly path. The research covered seven Islamic methods including prayer, greeting, practical invitation, commitment to promises, compassion, taking care of prayers, and meeting righteous people.
